General Conditions

Ordering and sending of an order form via www.HRtechDirectory.eu are considered final and binding.  The invoice is due.  

You will receive an email confirming your registration immediately after sending this form.  This email contains a link to your invoice which is available for you to download and print.  HRtechDirectory.eu/BizInfo (*) invoices are delivered only in digital format.  Payment is due within 7 days.  A 25 euro surcharge can be applied to overdue invoices without reminder or notice (arrears and administration costs).

Ticking the ‘I agree’ box and sending the form implies your agreement with and acceptance of our conditions and procedures and that these have priority over those of your organization and cannot be replaced or overruled by them.

Terms of usage

Upon starting use of the Services policies are made available to you.  Correct and legitimate usage is warranted by these policies.  Consequentially, non-respect of the policies or misuse of the Services can be considered as inappropriate usage which in turn can lead to suspension of the Services.

Incorrect, unlawful or unauthorized access to our Services through methods other than the interface and the instructions provided are prohibited and may result in the suspension of the Services.

You may use our Services only as defined by law and regulations. Access to our Services may be stopped or suspended if our terms or policies are not complied with or if suspected misconduct is being investigated.

Usage of our Services can in no way, shape or form transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights whatsoever pertaining to either the Services of their content.

Our Services display content of which neither HRtechDirectory.eu nor BizInfo (*) are proprietor.  Such content is the sole responsibility of its provider.  We may review content to determine its legality or compliance with our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.  However, we do not as a rule review all content.

We may send you service announcements, administrator notifications and other information in connection with your use of the Services.  If you so wish, you can opt out of some of those communications.

A range of our Services is accessible for mobile devices.  Do not use such devices or our Services in any way that distracts you or prevents you from respecting traffic regulations and/or safety laws.
