xMP Match & Hire provides a platform for CV management based on both hard and soft criteria. As such it provides the following functionality :
- CV parsing of incoming candidates
- searching and matching for candidates in external sources (such as VDAB, Indeed,...)
- matching of candidates based on hard criteria such as skills and soft criteria based on online assessments.
Actonomy xMP Semantic Mind
Actonomy xMP provides a very flexible matching platform allowing to pre-screen candidates versus jobs. It returns a skills based matching score including a GAP analyses of the candidate.
